How much are the property taxes?

As common with most new construction the county has not yet assessed the property in it's new and improved state. If you are obtaining a loan a lender will estimate and qualify you on an estimated property tax rate. Based on King County's 2026 levy rate and code. The code for these properties is 0010 and per King County's 2026 levy rate it is $9.90845 per thousand of tax assessment.
